With higher gas and oil prices, the Net-Zero High-Fuel scenario uses more renewables and less gas with CCS for generation, as well as deploying some new nuclear (Figure 20). There is also higher electrification and efficiency in the end-use sectors and slightly higher use of biofuels and hydrogen to displace remaining petroleum and natural gas.
